What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through our forms, by email or by phone:

• the content of your message or volunteer application.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps, so Google may receive your IP address. Our web host may keep standard server logs for security.

How we use it

• to reply to you;
• to arrange volunteering;
• to arrange support if you have asked for help;
• to record and acknowledge donations.

We do not sell or rent personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

Form messages reach us by email through our web hosting provider. We may share information if the law requires it. Otherwise we do not share your details without your permission.

People we support

Information about people who receive help is kept confidential, used only to provide that help, and never published without their informed consent.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as we need them, including for legal record-keeping, and then delete them.
